What NOT to do During the Iron Council
A while back, I posted on what you’re not supposed to do during the Sunwell Plateau raids. Now there is another cause for concern, that needs to be address. This tip isn’t just limited to the Iron Council, but can extended to the entirety of Ulduar.
Ulduar has been out for a couple of weeks now, and many of you have cleared it already, and are started to get bored of the encounters. Doing the bosses the regular way isn’t cutting it anymore, and the Hard Mode versions of the fight is- well, too hard and you don’t feel like wiping anymore. For those of you who feel this way: Peggle is NOT the answer!
WARNING: The following stunt was done by Professional Raiders.
Please DO NOT try this at home!
Peggle is the new addon to be released by PopCap games, to be used in the World of Warcraft. It’s always a good idea to put an addictive game inside of an addictive MMORPG right? If you feel like you need another reason to NOT leave your computer, then go ahead and grab the game HERE.
WARNING, Peggle may cause the following:
- Loss of DPS
- Failure to run out of the red/blue/green circles
- Slow reaction time
- Raid wipe
- Loss of raiding spot
- Loss of chance at an achievement
Peggle plays like Plinko from the Price is Right show back in the day. You drop a ball and it hits all these blocks on the way down. If you’re not familiar with the that, think of Peggle like a reverse Breakout game. I don’t know how else to describe it, but it is very fun.
The screenshot above was taken during a successful attempt on the Iron Council, normal mode. My DPS was probably lower than normal, AND I forgot to drink my [Iron Boot Flask] for the achievement! Damn you Peggle!
Don’t make the same mistake as I did. Just say no, to Peggle!
You should have wiped the raid so you could restart and get a better score! PAY ATTENTION TO THE PEGGLE!
