Remember when I said episode 6 was my favorite episode of Lucky Star? This is the reason why. Lucky Star did a great parody of one of my favorite anime series, Initial D. Any fan of the Initial D series will appreciate the great job they did with the following scene. From the grainy animation to the up-beat techno song playing in the background, you will be reminded about everything you loved from Initial D. Even the cup of water, and the spectators watching the race was there!
Another reason why I like this anime so much, it brings back so many fond memories…
