The current debuff is: 2% each application, stacks 5 times. On top of the debuff we get from the talents, we will also get a self only passive buff of additional 1/2/3% increased critical strike chance with our Scorch, Fireball, and Frostfire Bolt. (Old - Scorch only, 3/6/9%. so bliz says it goes down but you say it goes up, im a fire mage and i really hope your right but right now im really pissed at bliz. Whether you agree with that or not determines whether you consider the complaints QQ or accurate criticism....
