I would say at around 1300 – 1400 Spell Power you should be good enough to start raiding Naxx.

Grats. I just turned 80 as well and run 1 heoric and replaced two pieces of gear. We are doing Naxx Tuesday. I am really looking forward to interesting fights. The regular instances have been to easy.
