Uhh the Icy Veins ARE combined with Trinket and Destruction Potion, hence the : “Trinket #2 + Destruction Potion + Ice Veins”. Anyways yea, I was always on the side with the first tank when I pop my first IV so I never thought to mention IV to avoid interruption. Plus you can’t always have your IV up for when he is tanked on your side, but for that timeline that I used, it so happens that I do get to use both IVs when he is being tanked in my direction, you just have to be on the side with the first tank.
