So after summoning pet: "3" then "Alt+3" and right before Frostbolt is done casting, "Alt+2" and spam Icelance so it casts right after Frostbolt. @ali

I am able to resheep my target without even having to target it! It allows me dps on the skull target without me having to try to find my target again when I have to resheep!
